1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Season All
1 Large Beef Brisket (cut to fit into the bottom of a large Crock Pot)

Directions:

1. Slash Brisket against the grain in 1/4" increments.

2. Mix all seasonings in a small container. Spread seasonings on Brisket.

3. Cook in Crock Pot overnight on low heat.

4. Remove from heat, slice thin & serve!

Mom Gordon's original recipe called for baking the Brisket at 200-250 degrees for 4-6 hours. The Crock Pot method is much easier & the Brisket stays moist, falls apart & is a family favorite!
