25-lbs.Potatoes
3-gallons Tomatoes
1-gal. Tomato sauce
1-gal. Corn
15-lbs. or about 12 lbs. of cooked Chicken
12 to 15 lbs. Boston Butt
1/2 to 1 -lb.Brown sugar
1 qt. Worchestire Sauce
1/2-gal. Catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in a large container (or several containers),be sure to salt meat. Cook chicken in large container (or several containers.)Cook potatoes in either the chicken broth or the pork liquid.Cook onions in the other broth. Shred both meats,add rest of ingredients. Stir well,and pack into qt. containers and freeze

This is the camp stew we made at the Seman Fire Dept.,for over 20 years.I am sure you can break down this recipe for smaller amounts. Althea still buys this there.Also this is one of Ben's favorites.
