1 c Raisins
1 c Margarine
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 c Oatmeal
Nuts, chopped
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the raisins in enough water to cover, then cool
Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs, mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add slowly to margarine/sugar/egg mixture.
Add 5 tbsp. of liquid from soaking raisins.
Add Oatmeal.
Stir in raisins, nuts and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet
Bake 10 minutes at 350º
