Ingredients:  
1 9 inch pie shell unbaked
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
2 eggs (beaten)
2 teaspooms vanilla
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all Ingredients together. Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook until center is done about 25 minutes. Do not cut until pie is cool and custard settled.
Serves 8

This pie is so good. These can be made and frozen. Do not freeze with aluminum foil on pie. Put in large zip lock bag.
