1 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 T. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla in standing mixer with paddle. Gradually add sugar.
2. Store covered at room temperature. Use ice cream scoop to serve. Stir again if needed.
3. Decorate with cookies, candies and pretzels. Makes 5 servings.

We first had this at the Living Ocean restaurant at Epcot. What a lot of people don't know is that Disney will email you recipes for anything they serve in their restaurants. Provided the children's hands are clean, they can play with this food before they eat it!
