4 tuna steaks
2 T. toasted sesame seeds

Marinade:
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c. fresh tangerine or orange juice
4 strips (1/2 inch each) tangerine zest
3 T. honey
2 T. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, trimmed - white part minced for marinade and green part finely chopped for garnish
1 T. minced fresh ginger
3 strips lemon zest (each 1 1/2 inches long)

Directions:

1. Whisk together all ingredients for marinade. Put tuna steaks in heavy duty ziploc bag. Add marinade and marinade in fridge for 30 to 60 minutes, turning once or twice.
2. Heat grill to very hot. Remove tuna from marinade and grill to desired doneness. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serves 4.

If you like sauce with your fish, make a double batch of marinade and use half for marinade. Cook down the other half until reduced by half. Spoon over tuna before garnishing. I like this with Rainbow Salad with Vietnamese Dressing.
