2 sweet potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
3 T. olive oil
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. cayenne
coarse salt
2 Bartlett pears

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub sweet potaoes and toss with 2 T. olive oil, mustard, ginger, cayenne and season with salt.
2. Roast, tossing occaisionally until crisp tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Core and quarter pears and halve lengthwise. Add to potatoes and toss with 1 T. olive oil. Continue roasting until potatoes are fork tender, about 10 minutes more. Serves 4.
