9 chicken breasts,
3 c. celery,
1 c. green onion,
1 c. slivered toasted almonds,
1 green pepper,
1/2 c. sweet chopped pickle, (chopped finely)
green grapes (whole)
6 hard cooked eggs, quartered
1 large can chinese noodles,
1 c. mayonnaise,
juice of 1 lemon,
1 c. sour cream or heacy cream

Put chicken into a 9x13 inch baking dish,
skin side up, with salt.
Bake covered for 45 minutes, and then cut into bite size pieces.

3 celery, green ionion, green pepper,
and sweet pickle

1 c. of mayonnaise.
juice of one lemon,
1 c. sour cream or heavy cream

Mix all ingredients together except chinese noodles which should be added to the salad just before eating
Place eggs on top and serve!
