2 cups minus 1 tbls all-purpose flour
1 tbls + 2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
3 tbls of stick butter chilled
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
1/12 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. Line or spray a baking sheet. In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add 2 tbls of butter and blend with pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, Add buttermilk and cheese; combine with fork, handle dough as little as possible. Drop by spoonful onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned or for 8-10 min.
While baking -in microwaveable bowl, add remaining butter (melt) stir in garlic powder and set aside.
When biscuits are done, remove from oven and brush butter mixture evenly over warm biscuits. Remove from baking sheet and serve immediatey
