5 qt. popped popcorn
1 cup unsalted cashews
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cups light corn syrup
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.cream of tater
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 200 degrees.Mix popped corn and cashews in roasting pan.In a 3 qt. saucepan, combine sugar syrup butter salt, cream of tarter. Bring to a boilling,stirring, over medium-high.Without stirring ,boil until hard ball stage,260f on candy therometer 6 to 8 minutes.Remove from heat Quickly stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn in pan to coat.Bake in 200f oven 1 hour . stirring occasoinally.Spread on wax paper lined baking sheet.Let cool. Break popcorn up in peices. Store in airtight container.
