Easy Mostaccioli Recipe

1 1/2 lb. Hot Pork Sausage
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut into small chunks)
3 cans of Tomato Soup
1 sm. onion (optional)
1 box of Mostaccioli

Brown Pork Sausage and drain off fat
Cook Mostaccioli

Do these two things so they are done about the same time.

Combine the above with the remaining ingredients
tomato soup, velveeta chunks and onion.
Since the sausage and mostaccioli are hot it helps melt some of the velveeta chunks as your stirring.

Put all in a 13X9X2 pan
Bake COVERED with foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
