1 fillet of fish
fresh or dried dill
pepper
lemon juice
fresh lemons
1 bottle of Lemon Butter Dill Sauce (found near the seafood department at most grocery stores)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the barbeque to 350º or medium heat. Take a sheet of foil large enough to wrap and seal fillet. Spray foil with Pam.

Place fillet on sprayed sheet of foil. Sprinkle with fresh dill (or dried dill), pepper and lemon juice. Seal foil and place the packet on barbeque for 10 minutes.

Gently open the top of the foil and pour some sauce (approximate 1/3 of the bottle) to cover the fillet. Leave foil open then close the lid of the barbeque. Let cook an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with fresh lemon slices.
