1 T butter
1 T flour
1 c milk
6 oz super sharp cheese
1 c Ready Cut Macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and cook until it stops foaming. Add milk and cook until it thickens. Add the cheese and cook until cheese melts.
Cook the macaroni. Add to cheese sauce. Put in casserole dish and cover with more cheese or buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese browns lightly and it is bubbly.
