Pour off juice and grease from roast. Set the pan on the top of stove. Add 2 cups water and scrape up the brown from the bottom. Bring to boil. Thicken with flour mixed in with 2/3 cup water. Pour in boiling broth. Stir like crazy, so it won't be lumpy.
