2c. water to 1c. sugar
Peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Put peeled, halved peaches in jar
Add 1/2c. to 3/4c. sugar solution per jar
Put jars in water bath for 25 to 30 minutes to seal

I had a lot of fun canning with Grandma! I don't think I will ever be as good at peeling as she was with her pairing knife.
