1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese coup
1c. frozen mixed vegeatables
1/4 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Cook beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Sir in soup, vegetables and milk. Stir baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
