1 1/2 cups wheat flakes

1 large egg

1 cup dried cranberries

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsps vanilla

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1.Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
2.Crush wheat flakes with a rolling pin.
3.In a bowl, mix yogurt, egg, oil and vanilla.
4.Add crushed wheat flakes, flour, wheat germ, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
5.Add cranberries. Place by spoonful on to a cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes.
