Ingredients:  
1 c. raisins
3 c. water
3 big eggs - separated and save whites for meringue
2 heaping tsp. corn starch
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak raisins in water and boil until plump. Drop 3 egg yolks into 1/2 c. cold water. While beating, add sugar and cornstarch and salt. Stir into boiling raisins. Pour into baked pie shell. Spread meringue over warm filling. Seal to the edge. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack for an hour before refrigerating. Cool in refrigerator for 3-6 hours before serving.
