2 LBS. RED POTATOES, QUARTERED
1/2 C. RANCH DRESSING
1/2 C. SHREDDED FIVE CHEESE BLEND
1/4 C. BACON BITS
1 T. CHOPPED PARSLEY

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. MIX DRESSING, CHEESE, AND BACON BITS IN A LGE. BOWL;
ADD POTATOES AND TOSS LGHTLY.
SPOON INTO 9X13 GREASED DISH AND COVER WITH FOIL.
BAKE 40 MIN. , REMOVE FOIL AND BAKE ADDITIONAL 15 MIN. OR UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER; SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY.
