2 c. flour
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
11/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs beaten
11/2 c. dried cranberries
GLAZE:
1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder salt and orange peel in large bowl. Mix well. Cut in butter until crumbs form. Add milk and eggs, blend well. Stir in fruit. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Divide in half. Pat each half into 6 inch circle. Cut each circle into 8 wedges and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 12-16 minutes. Drizzle glaze on warm scones.
