13/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick unsalted butter soft
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1 large egg
2 c. sweetened flaked coconut toasted
1 c. packed dried apricots quartered
1 c. dried cranberries


Directions:
Directions:
Wisk to gether flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat together butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add dry ingredients, sour cream and egg and beat untul dough forms. Stir in coconut, apricots and cranberries. Halve dough and form into two 10 inch cilinders. Chill logs wrapped in wax paper until firm. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly butter 3 cookie sheets. Cut logs into 1/3 inch thick rounds with serrated knife. Bake in batches in center of oven about 12 minutes. Cool on racks after letting rest for several minutes.
