Rack Ribs Dry barbecue rub(Corky's Dancing Pigs is a good one)
Pull white membrane of back side of ribs and sprinkle with salt. Rub both sides with barbecue rub. Place ribs on rack in pan with small amount of water in the bottom. Seal tightly with foil and cook in a 300 oven for 2 hours.
