1 5-7 lb. boston butt roast Salt (enough to cover roast) Dry pork rub seasoning to cover roast
Put roast into pan with a little water. Cover with foil and cook at 350. Allow 30 min. per lb. After it's done, let it sit until you can pull pieces of meat easily off. Serve with barbecue sauce if desired.
