1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs, Italian or regular
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 tbsp parsley
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into walnut size balls. Brown in pan with olive oil. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook about 2 hrs.
