1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 c. italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soak fish in milk and lemon pepper 2 - 3 hours. Mix dry ingredients. Drain fillets and coat with crumb mixture. Spray cookie sheet and place fillets on sheet. Place 1/2 tsp. butter on each fillet. Bake 500 for 5 - 7 minutes or until golden.
