CRUST:
4 tsp. plus 1 c. butter softened , divided
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 egg yolk
3 c. flour

FIILLING:
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin pan with foil. Butter the foil with the 4 tsp. butter. Cream remaining butter with brown sugar. Add egg yolks and mix well. Gradually add flour. Press into muffin tins. Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

In a sauce pan , combine brown sugar, butter and honey. Bring to boil over medium heat, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cream and pecans. Pour into crusts. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Cool. Use foil to lift tarts.
