1 medium butternut squash (about 3 lbs.) peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to coat. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until tender.
