1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup oil
1 cup of water
1 onion
1 bell pepper
5 chives
4 celery stalks
Tbsp full of minced garlic
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 can of tomato paste
3 lbs of alligator meat
salt,, pepper, Tony's, garlic powder and Slap ya momma seasoning (to your liking)

Directions:
Directions:
In a black iron skillet add your flour and cooking oil. You're gonna cook it down like you are making a roux except you are not going to cook all the way down. Once that cooks a little add your water slowly so that it gets thick as your adding. Then mix in your tomato paste, tomato sauce and your season/seasoning. Mix all that up really well then add your alligator meat and let cook 2 - 3 hrs. Occasionaly adding a little water if needed.
