1 cup sugar
3 tbs flour
2 tbs butter
2 cups boiling water
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add water. Boil 3-4 min. Add nutmeg at the end. Serve warm or cool.
