2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp lemon juice
4 oz (1 cup ) \Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups of chopped vegetables ( i.e broccoli ) cooked and well drained
1 cup of diced cooked ham, beef or chicken
1 8 oz can Pillsbury Crescent rolls

In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, mustard, parsley, butter and lemon juice.
Blend well. Add cheese, vegetables and meat. Mix lightly. Separate dough into 8 triangles. On a greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles in a circle with bases overlapping.
The centre opening should be about 3" in diameter and the points should be towards the outside.
Spoon ham filling in a ring over the bases of the triangles.
Fold points of triangles over the filling and tick under the bases at the centre of the circle.
Bake at 350º 25 to 35 mins. Or until golden brown.
