2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained
1/2 c. corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
1 large bell pepper. Chopped fine
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
2. sm. jalepenos. Chopped fine.
2 med. tomatoes. Chopped

Mix all ingredients and chill.
Note: You might want to experiment with how much jalepeno to put in.
