2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (small can)
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbs, cinnamon
1/2 tbs. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

FILLING:
1 cup butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup marshmallow fluff
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Combine oil and brown sugar. Mix in the pumpkin and eggs and beat well.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Drop by large spoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until firm, not usually brown.
Let cool on wire racks and fill.

FILLING:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Generously fill the cookies.
You may have extra filling.
