6 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 1/4 c sugar 1 c light cream 1/2 c butter 4 T curcoa 2 T grated orange rind
Melt chocolate in double boiler over low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter and mix. Cool 5-10 minutes until thick. Add liquor and orange rind. Pour into fondue pot. Serve with bite sized pieces of cake and or fruit.
