4 eggs
3 cups plain flour (sift before measuring)
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1cup Crisco oil
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.Add oil and buttermilk. Beat for 2 minutes.Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly. Bake at 325 for 1hr 10min.in tube pan.
