1 c. white baking chips (freeze to chill)
9 c. chex cereal
2 c. dry roasted salted peanuts
2 c. small pretzel pieces
2 c. miniature marshmellows
20 oz white candy coating
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave candy uncovered on high for 1 min. Stir & microwave 30 seconds more until melted.
Gently & quickly stir in cereal mixture with rubber spatula until evenly coated..
Cool on waxed paper (break into chunks)
Store in air tight container in fridge
Make sure white choc chips are frozen.
to make Rocky Road, use choc chips and chocolate candy coating.
