Buy 3 lbs package--3 times washed spinach (Sams club or Costoco always carries it). Spinach must be dry if you can't find it. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
In large frypan (teflon coated) add 1/4 cup olive oil, 1-2 cloves garlic. Saute on low heat til soft and transparent. Add all the spinach--no-water--Cover. Cook on medium heat turning often and do not cook more than 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste
