30 Milk Maid caramels, unwrapped
¼ c. half and half
2 tbs. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
2 c. pecans, chopped
additional confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt butter, caramel and half and half stirring to combine. Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar and pecans. Sprinkle wax paper generously with additional confectioners sugar. Shape caramel mixture into bars or loafs coating well with additional sugar. Wrap rolls in saran wrap or wax paper and refrigerate. Slice chilled candy to serve. A family favorite!
