3-lbs.Gulf Shrimp
Water to just cover
1-Jar Hot Pepper Sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Put Shrimp in large Pot (not Aluminum),just barely cover with water,Add Hot Pepper Juice(not peppers).Cook on medium heat stiring or turning over to cook evenly.Do not let boil,Do not leave ,they cook very guickly,cook until they turn opaque,then they are done. Drain in colander immediately.Do not salt.Chill as quick as possible. They will continue to cook if you leave them in the hot water.

Gulf Shrimp are naturally salty.These are the best. Cook only until pink or opaque,because if they are over cooked they are tough and chewy.
