1 lb pork chops or pork spareribs

Marinate meat
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Sauce
1 tbsp. A1 sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all the marinating sauce, add meat and brush sauce on both sides.
Marinate either overnight or at least 2 hours before cooking .Heat oil in frying pan and pan fry the chops, drain In a small pan, put all the sauce together, bring it to a boil and either pour on top of the chops or put aside and use it as dipping sauce.
