2 to 3 lbs. spare ribs (I use more)
1/2 cup sugar
1 can chunk pineapple & juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 sm. green pepper chopped
1 sm. onion chopped
dash of: garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs, drain grease. Add sugar and stir around a bit to melt and brown alittle. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until tender over low heat at least 1 hour or more. Add more water if necessary. Thicken with corn starch and water. Serve over rice with a salad.
