1 large box (12 oz.) Vanilla Wafers, crushed
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can angel flake coconut (3.5 oz.)
1 c. pecans,chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar; beat in eggs one at a time; add vanilla wafers, milk, coconut and chopped nuts. Mix well.

Pour into a tube pan and bake 1-1/2 hours at 325 F.

Received this recipe when I visited a college friend's home in Vicksburg, Mississippi. I've never seen the recipe anywhere else, but I'm always asked for the recipe when I serve it.
