1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 whole orange
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Icing:
juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp. butter
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Blend buttermilk, eggs, and whole orange in blender. Add remaining cookie ingredients. Bake until brown, about 12 minutes, at 350º. To make icing, combine all ingredients.
