1/2 lb. Vanilla Wafers, ground
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
8 oz. can of well drained apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs until well blended.

Butter an 8x8x2 loaf pan and layer with crumbs, then sugar mixture, then fruit, and whipped cream; top with crumbs. Let set in refrigerator overnite. Note: pineapple may also be used.
