4 cups huckleberries
1/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
3 T tapioca
1 tsp lemon juice
1 T butter
Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour sugar and tapioca and mix with berries. Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry and fill with berry mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. lemon and dot with 1 T butter. Adjust top crust, cutting slits for steam to escape. Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm if desired.
