2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chip
1/3 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Melt butter, add sugar blend beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour mix gradually. Spread into greased and floured 13x 9 pan. sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
