4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sweet vermouth
1/4 tsp. red coloring
Prepared green leaves (sugar)
granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with sugar, oil, flour and baking powder. Refrigerate overnight.

Make walnut size balls and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Do not brown. Cool slightly. Scoop out centers with a melon baller.

Fill cookies with pudding and put 2 cookies cut side together to form a peach.

Mix 1 cup sweet vermouth and 1/4 tsp. red coloring. Color the cookies with a pastry brush. Roll in granulated sugar and place leaf in middle of peach. Place in cupcake liner.
