2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. ground raisins
1/4 c. water
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal (quick)
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and ground raisins. Set aside.
Mix water, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder. Combine with brown sugar mixture. Add flour and oatmeal, mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and toasted almonds. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes approx. 3 dozen.
