1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 16oz can tomatoes with liquid
1 16oz can kidney beans with liquid
1 17 oz can corn with liquid
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 Avacado diced
For Garnish: shredded cheese,sour cream and corn chips.

In large pot, brown beef and saute onion, drain well. Add cans and taco seasonings to taste. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes more. Add avacado. Serve over corn chips with cheese
