4 slices buttered bread
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 pound cooked sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 Tblsp. flour
4 eggs beaten
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tblsp prepared mustard
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread, buttered side down in a casserole dish. Saute onions, mushrooms and meat. Pour over bread. Combine cheese and flour and sprinkle over meat. Blend eggs and salts, mustard and milk. Then pour over all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.(at least 12 hrs.) Bake 35 minutes in a 375 oven. Cover first 20 minutes.
