1 lbs Cranberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1cup sugar
1 medium tart apple-peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans or walnut halves
1/8 to 14 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 to 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pick over the berries, bring water, orange juice and sugar to a boil in a medium sauce pan and disolve sugar. Add cranberries, return to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Turn heat off . Add apples, raisins, nuts, spices and let mixture cool to room temperature. Spoon into a jar and refrigerate. Will keep for 2-3 months.

Berries get really messy but its worth it. Mom use to make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas to go with the Turkey.
